Booker, the UK’s leading food & drink wholesaler, has launched a ‘Chinese Special’ promotion to celebrate the Chinese New Year on 14th February – the year of the Tiger. Popular Chinese products such as a selection of ducks, ribs, pork neck fillets, topside and chicken fillets are available, offering caterers great value for money.
